VOLUNTEER PAGE
(We are not in need of Volunteers at this moment. We can handle the workload ourselves. As we get more horses in, we will need help caring for them.) If you are interested in volunteering, you can go to our contact us tab, & e-mail us, to put your name on our list of people, that are gracious enough to want to help. You must be at least 16 years old, to be a volunteer. Our volunteers must be reliable. The horses will be depending on you for several of their needs. We ask that you volunteer for at least 3 months, 2 days a week, so you can learn the routine. We do not have group volunteers, or one time volunteers. We feel that does not meet the need of what we are looking for.
We ask that you dress in clothes and boots that you don't mind getting dirty, in the winter months, as caring for horses is a messy job. We have plenty of mud! We also ask that you dress appropriately in the summer months. We prefer jeans and a tee shirt. (Still open for discussion.) Thank you, for wanting to volunteer at our Rescue. We appreciate you!!
