We are SO sorry, we are at our capacity. We cannot take anymore horses in, until we get another barn built. We just don't have the room at this time. We are looking for the day, we can help ALL who need us. We have faith that day is right around the corner. We are in need of donations before we can help more horses. (Resently up-dated)
We realize here at Bounds Horse Haven Rescue, that having to give up your horse can be one of the hardest things for you, and your horse. That's why we try to make it as easy and stress free as possible. We know if you are having a hard time feeding your horse then you can't afford to pay $300.00 to get a rescue to take it. Here we understand hardship. There
are no long applications to fill out. We do run on donations, so we ask that you pay the innitial Vet check, (You choose the Vet) to show that your horse is disease free, and cannot bring anything into our herd.Bring the vet report to us.
We ask that you sign your horse over to us. We will take on legal responsibility for all care. We reserve the right to turn down any horse that we feel does not fit the criteria of our rescue.
We also ask that you bring with you, Vet records, any documented medical conditions, Shot records,Coggins test, registration papers. If you don't have any of that, we can still work with you. Just go to our contact us page & give us a call. Please tell us any history you might have on your horse. It helps us better serve the animal. The animal is our first priority here.
